Car Detailing Booking Policy 1. Appointment Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person. A confirmation message will be sent upon successful booking. 2. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied to your total service cost. Appointments without a deposit may be subject to cancellation. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid additional charges. Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit. 4. Vehicle Condition: Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., heavy mud, pet hair, stains) may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle’s condition exceeds reasonable cleaning standards. 5. Weather Conditions: In the case of extreme weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion. Customers will be notified as soon as possible. 6. Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for excellence in our services. If you are unsatisfied, please notify us before leaving so we can address your concerns. 7. Liability Disclaimer: While we take great care of your vehicle, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or personal items left inside.
